Which legal entity operates the service
Raven Gewinode is a trading name used by the company that owns and operates this website and the associated client platform.
The company that operates the service is the counterparty to your agreement when you sign our Terms of Use and establish your account. Its registered business name, corporate structure, registration details and membership within its corporate group are documented in the client agreement provided during account setup and are made available upon request via the channels outlined in the "Obtaining documentation" section further down.
Given that organizational hierarchies, registration information and service offerings are subject to modification, we intentionally do not publish them as permanent language on a promotional site. Your client agreement and accompanying documentation package constitute the definitive reference; if any inconsistency exists between this page and those materials, the materials take precedence.
Group companies and service providers
Certain functions - technology hosting, payment processing, market data, customer identification tools - are carried out by specialist third-party providers under written agreements. The categories of provider we use, and the way your personal data is handled by them, are described in our Privacy Policy. We do not publish provider names on this page.
The regulatory framework we work within
We describe here the type of obligations that govern the service, rather than naming authorities or quoting reference numbers, which belong in the formal documentation.
- 01
Client identification
Every account is verified before funding, trading or withdrawal, in line with the KYC and AML controls described on our KYC & AML page.
- 02
Financial-crime prevention
Sanctions and risk screening, ongoing transaction monitoring, internal escalation procedures and record retention for the periods required by applicable law.
- 03
Handling of client money
Client balances are recorded separately from the operating funds of the business, and payouts are returned to a verified instrument in the client's own name.
- 04
Fair and clear communication
Pricing information, trading spreads and relevant charges are shown within your account and on our fee schedule. We make no assurance regarding specific investment performance, and all marketing communications include appropriate risk disclosures.
- 05
Data protection
Your personal information is handled under a specified lawful foundation, held for no longer than required, and safeguarded through restricted access and cryptographic protection during storage and transmission.
- 06
Complaints handling
A documented internal resolution process featuring receipt confirmation, full examination and a substantive written answer delivered within the period specified at the time your grievance is filed.
In jurisdictions with stricter regulatory standards than those specified above, residents of that jurisdiction benefit from the more stringent standard.
Jurisdictions served and excluded
The service is offered only where we are permitted to offer it. Availability is assessed at registration on the basis of your country of residence, and it can change.
Where the service is offered
Accounts may be created by residents of countries designated as eligible within your account's signup workflow. If your country is listed in that selection and you successfully complete the verification process, you may continue. If your country is not included, you are unable to access this service.
Where the service is not offered
- Countries and territories subject to applicable international sanctions or embargoes.
- Jurisdictions where offering this type of service to retail clients requires a local authorisation we do not hold.
- Jurisdictions identified as high risk for financial crime under applicable rules.
- Any territory we have chosen to exclude for internal risk reasons.
No solicitation
Nothing on this website is directed at, or intended for distribution to or use by, any person in a jurisdiction where such distribution or use would be contrary to local law. Accessing this site from an excluded jurisdiction does not create a right to use the service. If you move to an excluded jurisdiction while holding an account, tell us - the account may need to be restricted or closed and any balance returned to you.
What Raven Gewinode is not
Being clear about what we do not do is as important as describing what we do.
| Statement | Position |

| Tax, legal or accounting advice | Not supplied. Seek counsel from a suitably experienced advisor licensed in your country. |
| A bank or a deposit account | Balances are not bank deposits, do not earn a guaranteed rate, and are not covered by any deposit-guarantee scheme. |
| Guaranteed or fixed returns | Never guaranteed. Historical performance does not serve as a dependable predictor of future outcomes. |
| Discretionary portfolio management | We do not manage or execute trades in a client account according to our independent judgment. |

Your investment capital faces risk. Investment values fluctuate in both directions and might result in a return lower than your initial contribution. Review the Risk Disclosure document prior to deciding whether to engage with the service.
Accessing corporate and regulatory documentation
End users, potential users and institutional partners are entitled to seek our organizational and regulatory materials. We furnish these upon demand instead of making them publicly accessible.
What can be requested

- The current client agreement together with the applicable fee schedule for your specific account.
- A summary of our AML and client-identification procedures.
- The grievance management framework and the escalation pathway.

How to make the request
- 01
Write to us
Use the contact route on our contact page. Put "Regulatory documentation request" in the subject line.
- 02
Identify yourself
State whether you are an existing client (and give the email address on the account) or a prospective client, and which documents you need.
- 03
Receive the pack
Your request will be fulfilled within the period specified when we acknowledge it. Certain documents may be delivered in summary form when they include proprietary business information.
Documents are sent to the verified contact details on file. We cannot send account-specific documentation to a third party without your written authorisation.
Regulatory and compliance questions
Questions about our regulatory position, our compliance procedures, or a concern you would like escalated should go to the compliance route rather than to general support.
How do I raise a compliance question?
Send it through the contact page and identify it as "Compliance". Supply your account's registered email if you currently maintain one, and briefly outline your query in one or two sentences.
How do I make a formal complaint?
Follow the same procedure and label your message "Grievance". You will be sent a confirmation notice, a case reference number, and an estimated response timeframe. Should the resolution not fully address your concern, the response will outline what escalation methods remain available.
How do I report suspicious activity or misuse of our brand?
Access the report abuse tool. Any fraudulent impersonation of Raven Gewinode via communications, promotional content or replicated platforms should be reported through this mechanism so we may take appropriate action.
Are institutional or press enquiries handled here?
Yes - send them through the contact page with a clear subject line and they will be routed to the right team.
Notes on this page

Need something in writing?
If you are carrying out due diligence on Raven Gewinode, ask us directly. We would rather send you the actual documents than have you rely on a summary.
